Pastor – St. John’s Lutheran Church UAC
Since 2008, Pastor Hoffman has served congregations in Alaska and Oregon. Born in Washington, he has spent most of his life in Washington, Alaska and Oregon. He holds degrees in Computer Science, Business & Communications as well as a Master of Divinity from Concordia Seminary.
Congregation President
Stephen is a long-time member of St. Jon’s and serves in many different areas of the church. Stephen sits an Elder and as a member of our Evangelism group. Stephen enjoys visiting our shut-in members with his wife as well as woodworking and fishing.
Congregation Vice President
Kevin Dixon sits as our current vice president. Kevin has been a member of St. John’s for over 60 years. He has served the Lord at St. John’s in various positions. Leading the youth group was one of his most enjoyable assignments. His hobbies include wood working, golfing and target practicing.
Congregation Secretary
Debbie serves with an open heart as the congregation’s secretary, she also sits as part of our council and fellowship team. Debbie is always willing to help where she is able taking on special projects her love for God shows in her dedication to St. John’s Lutheran Church. Debbie loves growing food in her garden and sharing God’s bounty.
Head Trustee
Lee James serves as head of trustee; he is entrusted with the charge of maintaining the church’s property. Lee ensures that St. John’s Lutheran Church is always looking its best inside and out Lee is also part of our fellowship team. Lee enjoys working on anything he can work on with his hands.
